- YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO RP GOR! By entering any Port Cos room, you state that you are at least 18 years of age. Anyone found to be underage will be immediately bolted from the room, put on group wide ignore, and a notice will be sent to the Chronicle.
- By posting text in a Port Cos room, you are giving consent to the role play that ensues. If you do not want to accept the potential consequences of participating, then please do not post.
- If you wish to lurk please ask permission of the bolt holder or you will be booted from the room.
- Though there's no way to perfectly translate the Gor books into this venue, we DO try to keep in the basic spirit of established Gorean mentality and behaviors. Non-Gorean RP is not acceptable and will be addressed immediately.
- Sad but true, there are some genuinely sick muns out there. That said, any adult character, free or slave, that is found to be attempting to sexually proposition, molest, or assault a child character IC, or requesting consent OOC to do so IC, will not only be immediately ejected from the group, but the log of the attempt/request will be sent to Jewel for publication in the Chronicle, and turned in to AOL TOS Reports. Adult to child sexual contact IC is strictly forbidden! If you want that kind of disgusting "action", you will be dealt with according to the law on propositioning a child with a sexual act.
- Children were cherished as treasures by Gorean. Though disciplined, they were also greatly indulged and deeply loved. If you don't approve of munned child characters, you don't belong on Port Cos, as there are several munned child characters already and that number is growing.
- There will be absolutely NO MUN HARRASSMENT! No flaming, no bashing, no whining, no back-stabbing, no threats, no mind games to turn one mun against another! Not in IMs, e-mails, or room OOC. Anyone discovered to be engaging in that sort of activity will be immediately ejected from the group, no second chances. We've all just had enough of it and we established the Port Cos group to create an environment without that kind of stress involved.
- CROSSING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! Yes, some common knowledge of events would be had, as people, especially family members, tell each other things. Guards and slaves are notorious gossips, not to mention that guards are of course required to report certain things to their employers or the Administrator. However, it's asked that you use your best judgment and keep it realistic, please.
- If you have an OOC conflict with the mun of another group member, and cannot seem to achieve resolution, please contact the mun of the Administrator, Deputy Administrator, Magistrate or En'Sword for mediation assistance.
- "Bratty sub" behavior won't be tolerated from anyone, be it FM char, FW char, child char or slave char.
- Mun gender is irrelevant, so long as the char is played realistically.
- There will be ABSOLUTELY NO coercion for mun information from your fellow players! This includes other SNs, mun name, address, phone number, or any other personal information. If someone wants you to know something about him/herself, he/she will volunteer it. The only exception to this is verification that a mun is at least 18 years of age, which some DO ask and save in log format in case there's ever a question or conflict regarding mun age. Anyone found violating this rule will face immediate ejection, group wide ignore and possible notification of the Chronicle and AOL TOS.
